The day has finally come. The little students from Elgoibar Ikastola and Aitxuri Herri Ikastola (Zegama) had a great Amets Bat day (A dream day) organized by Real Sociedad Fundazioa. A total of 149 boys and girls filled Zubieta with joy and laughs.
The children arrived at Zubieta at 10am. When they were getting off the bus, you could feel their txuri-urdin excitement. They wanted to spend an unforgettable day knowing the facilities where their team train. The children were divided into different groups and were accompanied by the foundation instructors during the different activities. They were able to see the football pitches and played several games. They also watched a video that explained the club history. Later, they met their idols and had a good time together with Gerónimo Rulli and Marian Quiñones. Asking them questions was the icing on the cake. After that, they asked them for autographs and pictures. A wonderful memory of this amazing excursion.
This afternoon, they will visit the San Sebastián Aquarium and next December 10 they will complete this dream when they watch the game Real Sociedad vs Malaga CF at Anoeta.
