Don’t leave any child in Guipúzcoa without a Christmas present. This is the objective of Cruz Roja Gipuzkoa’s campaign “Their rights in game”, and for the fifth consecutive year Real Sociedad Fundazioa has joined this initiative. Once again, the aim is that every children in Guipúzcoa have a present this year in Christmas, no matter what their family status is. We want that Olentzero and The three wisemen make their day special, without exception. This morning, Andoni Iraola, director of Real Sociedad Fundazioa and Joan Freixa, coordinator of Cruz Roja Gipuzkoa explained the details of the campaign.
Taking advantage of the Real Sociedad-Málaga match, this action will take place next Sunday at Anoeta. There will be two pick-up points around Anoeta so that every fan who want to be part of this action can hand over a new toy in the tents installed for this purpose. It is essential that the toys are new. Thus, any child will not feel different on this special day. Toys pick-up will start at 10:30 and will extend till 12:15.
Cruz Roja volunteers and players of the youth’s team will be collecting the toys in the two pick-up points. With this activity, we want that young people become aware of different social contexts. The participation of the youth’s team is part of the training and educational work that is teached at Zubieta.
Toys pick-up points:
-Two tents located in front of the Real Sociedad’s shop.
-One tent located between gates 12 and 13.
